Our conference engaged people to learn more about cardiovascular disease in Minnesota. The conferences have facilitated shared learning across disciplines and built networks to address outcomes in cardiovascular disease, hypertension, and obesity. In addition, attendees have learned about capacity building and strategies for community-based participatory research. Each year, the conference will travel to one of our institutional locations: Duluth, Twin Cities, and Rochester, MN.
