The goal of the Annual C2DREAM Conference is to bring people together to learn more about cardiovascular disease in Minnesota. The conference facilitates shared learning across disciplines and builds networks to address outcomes in cardiovascular disease, hypertension, and obesity.

In addition, attendees will learn about capacity building and strategies for community-based participatory research. This conference will facilitate collaboration, bi-directional knowledge sharing, and capacity building for cardiovascular research in Minnesota. Each year, the conference will travel to one of our institutional locations: Duluth, Twin Cities, and Rochester, MN.
