This year's conference is a full-day in-person event. Parts of the conference will be live-streamed. We hope to have community members, youth, researchers, policymakers, and health professionals join us! Check-in begins at 8 am and the conference program starts at 9 am.

The following three objectives guide the content for this year's conference:

1. Engage with C2DREAM research and activities on improving heart health and reducing chronic diseases across Minnesota.

2. Foster community engagement and collaboration to co-create solutions addressing cardiovascular disease health in Minnesota.

3. Generate and disseminate knowledge and community engagement strategies aimed to promote interventions and strengthen partnerships to improve heart health and reduce cardiovascular disease across Minnesota.

• Will lunch be provided? Yes, a light breakfast and lunch will be provided. Please ensure you have completed the registration form and note any dietary restrictions.

• I am traveling and want to stay overnight. Is there nearby lodging?

  • Yes, there is nearby lodging. However, the deadline to reserve a blocked room, at a discounted rate has passed. Deadline was May 19. You can still book with Hampton Inn & Suites Minneapolis University Area. It is conveniently located a short distance from the conference venue. However, it will not have the discounted rate.

• When does registration close? Registration is closed for both the in-person and live-stream options.

• I am not able to attend in-person, is there a virtual option? Portions of this conference will be live-streamed. If you plan to join the live-stream, please submit the registration form by May 30.

  • If you registered for the live-stream, an email will be sent to you with the live-stream agenda and link to join. You will also receive a calendar invite which will include the live-stream link. There will be a moderator monitoring the live-stream.

• Is there a dress code? You are welcome to wear comfortable clothing and shoes, business casual is gently encouraged but not required.
